You Go Far is not only an investment team but also a development and marketing team supporting the filmmakers and their projects.
You Go Far was a company set up to develop and finance movies, during the years You Go Far has packaged movies, worked on commercial video projects and game development projects and has capability and know how to step in and finish any film that needs finishing.
In 2016 You Go Far was not happy with lack of transparency and high risks that investors have to bear when investing through traditional film industry models so they pivoted into an investment company to gain more control over financing and provide more equality to investors in deals. While also supporting the investment projects with an in house development team, marketing and anchillary team and internal operations department.
Investment and Development
Investment team's role is to negotiate best terms with sales agents with investor's goals in mind and greenlight projects using the support of development team which consists of script evaluation platform that You Go Far has developed to manage 40 or more script readers who are professional screenwriters evaluating incoming screenplays that can be possibly made or not made into movies.
Marketing and IT
Marketing and IT team consists of highly experienced freelancers who have been through many projects with You Go Far. Their goal is to support the investment fund with marketing materials, manage crowd funding campaigns, exploit the anchillary rights of movies by making franchised games or apps and build custom analytics and market intelligence tools for tracking conversions user engagement.
Operations
Goal of operations department is to manage the day to day operation of script evaluation platform and also recruitment of new script readers. Services like finance and financial modeling are outsourced to strategic partners or freelancers who have been working with You Go Far for long time.

Augustas Liiv - Fund Advisor
Augustas is an award winning filmmaker and entrepreneur with strong experience in project finance, media buying and online marketing. His most recent short film, “Bibendum”, was produced as a UK/Estonian co-production and was a winner in the short film category at an Italian film festival. It was later distributed to the France2 TV channel. His team won the best game app marketing campaign award in 2013 at IGDA Hackathon and he is also a judge at the Scriptapalooza International Screenplay Competition and a guest judge at Filmmakers International Screenplay Competition.After graduating from MA degree at London Film School School, Augustas interned at a London-based film and TV sales company, Contetent Film, worked as a Promo Producer at Sony Pictures Television and as a Post-Production Producer at the Poker Stars World Tour TV show. Augustas has M.A. in Film from London Film School and B.A. of International Business from Estonian Business School.

James Portolese - Fund Advisor

Recently, he produced the mockumentary comedy ALL STARS with John Goodman, Fred Willard and Angela Kinsey as well as the road- trip drama / comedy, COME SIMI featuring Jenica Bergere, Molly Shannon, Retta, Fionnula Flanagan and Tawny Kitaen.
In 2016, Portolese went to Sioux Falls, SD to produce the documentary Behind the Badlands about the making of an entertainment super structure, literally in the middle of nowhere.
